How many days a week do I need to work out to see results?

The number of days you need to work out depends on your goals, fitness level, and schedule. For most of my girls, I recommend a minimum of 3 days a week to see results. Consistency is an essential part of you seeing the best results possible.

How much time do the weekly self improvement modules take?

The self-improvement modules typically take 20-30 minutes per week. They're designed to be efficient yet impactful, with journaling prompts and reflection exercises you can easily integrate into your schedule. Many clients find that dedicating this small amount of time to mindset work accelerates their physical results dramatically.

How long will it take to see results?

You will notice changes in your strength, confidence, and body within the first 4-8 weeks. More significant transformations become visible as you maintain consistency with your exercise routine for years. This training approach isn't a temporary solution - it's a powerful lifelong journey dedicated to becoming your absolute best self.
